Project Description
This Erasmus+ KA220 project addresses the challenges and opportunities presented by social media, focusing on the mental health of young people and the potential of digital platforms for social good. Through collaborative work between high schools and NGOs across six countries, it aims to equip students with the skills to use social media responsibly and actively contribute to society.

Project Results
An educational package including lesson plans, multimedia content, and workshop activities to foster digital responsibility and mental health awareness.
A mobile app supporting young people in managing their emotional well-being related to social media use, with features such as mood tracking, educational resources, and self-care tips.
